No-show/late Cancellation Policy

In response to an increasing frequency of no-shows and late cancellations, clients are mandated to remit a $50 fee for any instances of no-show or late cancellation prior to scheduling their next booking. Kindly be advised that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to appointments.

Direct Billing Services

We provide direct billing as a convenient service for our clients (photo ID required). If any insurance issues arise, session fees must be paid at the time of service, and an official invoice will be issued for your reimbursement. Please contact your insurer directly with questions about your plan’s benefits.

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Claims: We accept MVA claims once they are approved. Required documents must be submitted prior to your treatment—please contact us beforehand for details.

Student Therapist Massages: Massage treatments provided by student therapists cannot be submitted for insurance coverage. To compensate, we offer 30% off all appointments booked with our student therapists.
