No-show/late cancellation Policy

In response to an increasing frequency of no-shows and late cancellations, clients are mandated to remit a $35 fee for any instances of no-show or late cancellation prior to scheduling their next booking. Kindly be advised that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to appointments.
